Loool ! Don't tempt me ! Although... I think I'll do just that. The poor guy must be tired of getting each week the biography of a famous pirate or privateer. Duh. He'll know better, next year, than to assign such stupid homework. Glad you liked the story ^^

I wanted to do it today, but I woke up late and I didn't have time to print the story. Instead, I scribbled something down about Mary Sues. But I am SO giving him the story next week, haha. On the last paper he gave me back, he wrote something like "you certainly have eclectic tastes". He doesn't know how much

Mary Sues? *shudder* Those babies are terrifying. So what did you say about them? And hey, I really liked the story. Your English gets better and better each time. For a while there I thought that one officer was going to get it from a half-asleep Hans. Just one thing I might mention. In a quotation, commas and periods always go inside the quotation marks. A very, very small trouble though, and it doesn't take away from the story at all. I apologize for being a bit of a grammar nut, grammar nazi some folks call it. Speaking of that, sorry about not beta-ing a chapter from your big story lately. I notice you posted the rest of the chapters for it, and I'm glad you did, because I'm not moving very quickly. *looks embarrassed*

Yup, Mary Sues are everywhere. I read the wikipedia page about them, and now I know everything there is to be known about Mary Sues... I explained my teacher what they are exactly, and also that some people said that Eragon, from the namesake novel by Christopher Paolini, is a Mary Sue (or Marty Stu). Nothing very new.
Poor Hans, eh. If I was him, I might have shot one of the soldiers. Would be good for his nerves, but I guess Erwin wouldn't be too happy about that. Hmm, you're right about this comma thing, but I'm so used to writing that way that I have trouble changing it - not to mention the French way is different too... It's confusing. I'll try to keep it in mind though. And being a grammar nut is good. I mean, it would be a pity to have a good story ruined just because the author can't write properly ; each time I see a story like that, it kinda upsets me.
Don't worry about the beta-ing job. I mean, it's not like we're in a hurry or anything. Actually, I have considered deleting the story because I'm not so happy with it anymore. Well, first real long story, of course it can't be very good. *shrugs* And I have written a lot these past three months, although nothing about the Desert Fox or WWII, I'm glad to see the training has paid enough for you to notice the change.
Hmm, so, there is Wing's story I'm looking forward to, and how's going this Fox hunt, DS ? I wanna know what happens next !
