So...have you ever had a dream about our esteemed Desert Fox? I've had a few before (*stamps NERD on forehead*), mostly about him coming into our own time, and then I had a particularly cool one when I was Hans right before D-Day, and let me tell you, that was pretty stressful. Lots of work and bad coffee. And then last night I had one of the more bizarre dreams about him...some amazingly cool person did a musical about him. It was pretty crazy. Actually, half of it was real, and then halfway through I realised that I was watching a musical because they sang. (I saw my old school's musical production last night, so...) But it was really weird, because both Hans and Erwin were played by women for some reason, and I was a bit upset, but then afterwards I went to Starbucks with them and we had coffee, and I thought that they were pretty cool except for the fact that the lady who played Hans didn't know that he had been a real person and hadn't done any research about him. And then I left and went to a different show that was really bad...

Ah... sounds peculiar, really. It must have been a great dream, being Hans on D-day. Did you remember it very well afterwards ? I'm afraid that, as far as dreams go, I have mostly nightmares. Sometimes I wake up around 2am, but most of the time I can't even remember what it was I was dreaming about (and when I can, I wish I couldn't). But I don't think I ever had a dream with Rommel. Not that I remember at any rate...

Sorry about those nightmares Qual; hope we're not the ones causing them. But really, it stinks when you have them. Especially when they seem so realistic. I believe I dreamed twice that I was actually Rommel himself. It was a while ago though, and I don't really remember what happened. I should have written it down when I woke up, because I do remember that it was very cool. I had the uniform!! And the hat, oh the hat! I probably scared the staff members though...

Naaah, it's okay, I'm used to it and it doesn't happen that often anyway. And you're not the one causing them, unless you are an international relations teacher ah, just kiddin'. I SO wish I'd dream I'm Rommel ! It must be really, really cool. German uniforms looked good, didn't they ? Actually, they had the best-looking uniforms of all WW2. And the cap, eh. Once I saw one for sale. I was kinda tempted to buy it, but it was pretty expensive so I gave up.

I have plenty of dreams about Rommel and a lot of them are bizarre. My dreams usually are. The last one I can remember involved Erwin Rommel, Pfirsich Rommel (fictional gay brother, I had recently read Bread and Swans), King Arthur's Knights in german uniforms, conquering England and a very angry Lucie. I don't remember the details other than that I was laughing in my sleep due to Pfirsich doing something rather silly and Erwin getting all uppity about it which resulted in lots of embarassment for both.

Pfirsich Rommel ? King Arthur's knights in German uniforms ? *dies laughing* Now that would be a story to write about. What a nice crossover that would make ! The evil King Adolf Pendragon, trying to conquer England with his knights (sirs Reinhardt, Joseph, Heinrich, Erwin, Hans... hehe). And let's not forget the sweet Lady Guenevere (if that's how it's spelt in English ?) That would make Erwin as Lancelot - since Erwin did betray Hitler, in the end. Even if it had nothing to do (well, I think) with Lucie.
