No, actually, Darth Vader. I'm one of thousands, but oh well. I like him in the armor more than out of it. The earlier movies, I guess. Definitely not Yoda.

Another Vador worshipper, then. Lol. Dunno if you might be interested, but I wrote a short (about fifteen pages) fanfic about Thrawn. That was actually my first fanfic in English, so I dunno how good it is, but Vader is mentioned. Twice. lol

You should put it on ffnet. Or if you wanted the English fixed first, you could send it to me. I like your stories.

Actually, the webmaster of the website I sent it to fixed the biggest mistakes, but I think it wouldn't hurt if you read it and take notes of what else could be fixed. I'm sure there are lots of remaining mistakes. I'll put it on ffnet too, good idea. I'll send you the file by mail.

Yep, same here. But watching British secret Agents might be a hard reminder to Rommel... after what happened to him in your story...

I'd say that's the basic purpose of the story

Actually, I think the purpose of his story is to torture us.

To torture us, making us wait for the next chapter. Especially when the story's getting so interesting, with Erwin in the UK... Maybe I should actually send that Patty picture...

You shouldn't have said that, Wing, now we want to see all three of your Rommel stories. That means you may be getting three times the number of Patty pictures someday. A torture story? What are you doing to the poor man?

Well, he didn't actually say that was Rommel being tortured.
...
Okay, that's pretty likely it *is* Rommel being tortured. Really, does he deserves that ?
But DS was right. That was quite an imprudent move, telling us about these stories. Now I'm gonna pester you thrice as much. *evil laugh*

*sighs resignedly* FIIIIIINE. And no, I didn't say it was Rommel who was on the receiving end of the torture...yet. Mwahahaha! He's not actually the main character, though, it's about Hans Speidel, who rocks...okay, fine, basic summary time so you two don't maul me. Well, I was reading The Rommel Papers late a few nights ago, and I found a letter Erwin had written directly to Hitler imploring him to release Hans after he heard about his arrest, which hadn't been released publicly at the time he wrote the letter, but he wrote it anyway because he and Speidel had become close friends during the Normandy thing. (Personally, I think it was because they were both Swabians and they just liked to frustrate people by speaking in the insane Swabian dialect...lol) Hitler answered the letter by sending down our two least favourite generals (besides Patty) with a suitcase of cyanide, and we know what happens next... *sniffles* So, I decided I wanted to write about what happened to Hans after he got arrested. The only record I've come across of what happened is what he told the author of The Rommel Murder, whatever his name is, and that said that he was in Gestapo custody for seven months directly after his arrest. As you may have guessed, his stay with them was not a pleasant one by any means--they actually considered killing him straight off, but they decided he was more valuble as a source of information and he wasn't exactly cooperative...need I go on?--and he only managed to escape by sending the prison commander a forged letter ordering him to let him go and then ran off to the Allies. (Very sly...fox-like, almost ) I was going to do an extremely sad little oneshot where Speidel's interrogators tell him that Erwin's dead (which wouldn't be the best of news seeing as he kept quiet only to protect the other conspirators) and have him reflect on that, but I got so depressed by my own writing near the end that I decided to make it go in another direction and did another alternate history. In short, Hitler decides that he doesn't mind if the public knows Erwin was a traitor after all and throws our favourite field marshal in prison along with Hans, as is Claus von Stauffenberg. Things are looking grim for the three of them, but then Hans makes a plan to try and turn the Wehrmacht against the government to save the Desert Fox. (Kind of like in Gladiator lol, I never saw that movie, but that's what my friend Sam says) Yeah...so that's basically it. So far. Mmm. I'll post it once I think up a title for it...
